Order Process

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Add products to your basket.
  2. Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the site.
  3. Click on ‘Checkout’.
  4. Enter your delivery address.
  5. Choose a payment method and complete the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

We accept these payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Payfast.
  • Instant EFT via Payfast.
  • Direct EFT into our bank account.

Once you’ve made payment and your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details about the products ordered.

You can expect delivery within 2-3 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Email updates will notify you of the status of your shipment.

Please note: Unexpected delays affecting the courier may occur due to events outside of their control.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after being placed. You can expect delivery within 2-3 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Reaching outlying, remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Information

Our preferred courier partner is The Courier Guy.

We can ship your parcel door-to-door as per the address you provided at checkout, or to a locker service where it can be picked up at your convenience.

You can choose between these options:

  • Express delivery (same day or next day)
  • Standard delivery (2-3 business days)

We charge a standard delivery cost of R100 on all orders. This amount may be altered at any time at our discretion, in response to pricing changes by the courier.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive email updates from The Courier Guy notifying you of the status of your shipment.

These emails contain a tracking link. Click on the link to find out where your parcel is along its journey to you. Any queries can be directed to The Courier Guy.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Consumable items such as food and drink cannot be returned or refunded once opened.

To return or exchange a product:

  1. Send an email to info@conscience.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow the provided instructions for return shipping.

Note: If products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange the return and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

You are responsible for return delivery costs, unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (up to 10 business days).

If your products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange the return and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
