Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains your rights for returning, exchanging, or refunding Goods purchased through our Site in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and applicable regulations, and reflects industry practice as seen in South African retailers.

2. General Returns and Exchanges

2.1 You may return or exchange unused, unopened, and undamaged Goods within 30 days of delivery.

2.2 Returned Goods must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.

2.3 You are responsible for return delivery costs, unless the return is a result of our error.

3. Consumable Items (Food/Drink)

3.1 Consumable items such as food and drink cannot be returned or refunded once opened.

3.2 If a perishable item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with evidence (photos). We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion and in line with consumer protection standards.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

4.2 Delivery charges (outbound and return) are non-refundable except when required by law.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchanges are processed similarly to returns. Once we receive returned Goods and validate their condition, we will exchange them for the same value/alternative Good where possible.
